Our Deepest Fear

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.'
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

A Must Watch Video: The World's First Virtual Choir (250 singers!)

Give an opportunity to people and what they will do with it will boggle your mind.

This virtual choir concept is nothing short of excellent. Putting it together must have been a full-time job but the end result is worth the hours of sweat and blood.

Imagine if such human effort was used to fight things such as hunger? One world, focusing on one problem. Hunger would be history in a matter of years.

I first saw this video from a Mashable article: http://mashable.com/2010/03/23/youtube-choir-eric-whitacre/

Therapy in The Dark

The iPhone has no flash so a very kind candle offered its services...

Pic taken at Therapy/Soul Meka @ Le Consulat where gotsoul partner jojoflores was rocking the one and twos.

The lovely faces belong to Alma and friend* (now my new friend, although I can't recall her name... I blame the loud music ;))
